TRAINING DESCRIPTION:
Mindfulness has been the buzzword in some circles for years now. Is it
a fad or is it a mental superpower? How do we understand something
with many different meanings and ways to use it? What on earth does it
mean to be present without judgement? Through this training activity
we will concretely understand what mindfulness is, and how it can be
used to promote mental health.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:1. Understanding the many definitions of
mindfulness
2. Learn how to apply mindfulness to one’s life
3. Understand how to promote and use mindfulness in mental health

of non-volunteers.
