The Audi Culinary DINNER SERIES WILL FEATURE A BESPOKE MEAL CURATED BY
NINA Compton, winner of the 2018 JAMES BEARD AWARD “Best Chef:
South"
The first-of-its-kind, the Audi Culinary Dinner series will feature a
bespoke meal curated by Nina Compton, winner of the 2018 James Beard
Award “Best Chef: South.” In each city, PROOF, will operate one
seating per night, for four nights. The series began in Nashville,
Tennessee July 22-25, followed by Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from August
8-11, and continues in Minneapolis, Minnesota from August 22-25 and
Seattle, Washington from September 10-13.
In partnership with OpenTable, a limited number of tickets are
available for consumers to make their dinner reservation at PROOF

Reservations are complimentary and guests are presented with the
option to make a donation to the “Audi #DriveProgress
Scholarship.” The new Audi and James Beard Foundation scholarship
will be awarded to an aspiring female chef from each of the four
cities and will be open to any female student enrolling or enrolled at
a postsecondary institution that plans to pursue a career in the food
industry. Guests who make a reservation at PROOF will also have the
opportunity to sign up for a test drive of the all-new Audi Q3 SUV.
