Audi and James Beard Foundation Bring Pop-Up Dinner Series to Minneapolis

The Audi Culinary DINNER SERIES WILL FEATURE A BESPOKE MEAL CURATED BY NINA Compton, winner of the 2018 JAMES BEARD AWARD “Best Chef: South" The first-of-its-kind, the Audi Culinary Dinner series will feature a bespoke meal curated by Nina Compton, winner of the 2018 James Beard Award “Best Chef: South.” In each city, PROOF, will operate one seating per night, for four nights. The series began in Nashville, Tennessee July 22-25, followed by Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from August 8-11, and continues in Minneapolis, Minnesota from August 22-25 and Seattle, Washington from September 10-13. Guests who make a reservation at PROOF will also have the opportunity to sign up for a test drive of the all-new Audi Q3 SUV.
