Lippold and Sam Cameranesi [https://blog.fitbit.com/fitbit-local-minneapolis/] for their signature #AllTheThings workout set to the beat of a live DJ.  We'll kick off the workout with 20-minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) followed by a 20-minute run (or walk!), then 20-minutes of Yoga to cool down. Stick around post-workout for some healthy snacks!  Everyone and all levels are welcome, so bring a friend and a smile. Owning a FITBIT PRODUCT IS NOT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE.
