Ballet Fundamentals II - Summer 2020 - Minneapolis, MN 2020

Fundamentals II is for the beginner who has already taken Fundamentals I or has had some ballet training in the past and wants a basic refresher course before moving on to our Beginning Ballet drop-in classes. Learn the basics of ballet alongside other adults. Ballet classes are a great way to gain strength and flexibility, improve posture and balance, and reduce stress. This course can be taken repeatedly if desired.
