Kettlebell Training is a proven powerful and effective method of improving cardiovascular strength and endurance, increasing muscle and promoting rapid fat loss. The repetitive kettlebell swing is known to burn approximately 20cals per minute and enhance dynamic breathing patterns. Kettlebell squat variations build muscle and offer healthy joint support, maximum lower body mobility, strength and postural benefits. Together, a Kettlebell Swing/Squat combo is an excellent compliment to an existing training program or all by itself!
Who is this program for? EVERYONE! That means...YOU!
During this 4-week program, you will explore a new kettlebell swing and squat technique each class, applying these skills in an efficient, high-intensity workout. You will leave each training session feeling strong, empowered and informed – learning WHAT your body is physically capable of, HOW your body moves and WHY it is important to know!
Class Includes: 10min Joint Mobility & Dynamic Warm-up / 30min Intensive Learning & Workout / 5min Cool-down & Stretch
Space is limited. EVERY MONDAY 6:15am SHARP or 5:30pm SHARP. You choose your time each week. No late arrivals.
