This TRAINING WILL HELP BUILDING OWNERS & managers benchmark their property(ies) as part of the Rochester Energy Benchmarking Program [https://www.rochestermn.gov/departments/community-development/sustainability/building-benchmarking].ABOUT THIS EVENT FREE benchmarking training for commercial property owners, managers, and operators. The City of Rochester is hosting a benchmarking training to help building owners and managers efficiently track and manage energy usage. At this free, half-day ‘data jam’ training session, you will: - benchmark your building(s) with the help of benchmarking technical assistants - learn how to use and interpret benchmarking results to track and improve the energy efficiency of your building By the end of the session, the aim is for your properties to be set up in the free, online BENCHMARKING TOOL, ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager [https://portfoliomanager.energystar.gov/pm/login.html]. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Building owners, managers, and operators of commercial and multifamily buildings 5,000 sq.ft. and greater Whether you are new to BENCHMARKING OR NOT, this data jam will provide new and valuable information on how to benchmark your building efficiently using new automated utility data tools. Invoices must cover consumption from Jan 1, 2019 – Dec 31, 2019. This may require 13 utility bills, so take a look at the dates for the bills. *Additional required information varies by building type.
