SIMPLE FIX MEALS TO GO FOR PICKUP Enjoy more time with family by letting us do your meal prep! Order your Simple Fix TO GO meals at Hy-Vee Crossroads and take the stress out of dinner planning. In one easy stop, you’ll have 4 entrées ready to serve any night of the week using your crockpot. You will save hours of your time and your family will get to try some tasty new recipes! All you need to do is register by Saturday, Feb. 15 at 1:00pm on Eventbrite.com. Your ready to cook meals will be available for pick up on Tuesday, February 18 anytime after 4pm in the Meat Department. Meals must be picked up at the latest by 5pm on Wednesday, February 19. If these times do not work for you, please call Kathy at 507-289-7500 to arrange an alternative time for pick up. All of these meals will include slow cooking directions. Menu: -Chicken Fajitas -Old Fashioned Pot Roast -Honey Sesame Chicken -Orange Apricot Pork Chops *Each entrée serves 4-6 people and can be frozen for up to 3 months. Cost: $85. Payment due upon registration. Note small service fee added to Eventbrite registrations.
