Description Join our skills sessions, where we delve into the exciting world of track and field events! Led by Roseville Area High School Girls Track and Field Head Coach Greg Ueland, we'll cover sprinting, hurdling, endurance running, high jump, long and triple jump, pole vault, shot put, and discus. Participants will not only learn event-specific techniques but also essential athletic skills like speed, agility, flexibility, strength, and endurance - applicable to all sports. Our engaging sessions include fun games and competitions suitable for all levels of experience and ability. The coaching team has many years of experience in collegiate athletics and coaching, with a track record of winning conference, sectional, and state high school titles.
