Join six of the Twin Cities' top chefs for an upcycled grain culinary competition and specialty cocktails. Join us and six of the Twin Cities' top chefs for a culinary competition unlike anything else. Each chef will prepare small bites with upcycled rye or corn from our distilling process. Sample the inventive dishes, sip specialty cocktails and vote for your favorite from the all-star lineup: Ann Ahmed, Lat 14 Jose Alarcon, Popol Vuh Steven Brown, Tilia and St. Genevieve Mike DeCamp, Borough Carrie McCabe-Johnston, Nightingale Chris Uhrich, Mucci’s Italian Over a third of all food produced gets wasted every year — this “waste” could feed more than 800 million people. We've partnered with NETZRO to be the first distillery in the nation to upcycle its spent grain as commercially available edible ingredients. The result is high in fiber, high in protein, and low in sugar. Even better: it’s good for the planet, farms, consumers and animals. Tickets include a cocktail, Tattersall spirit samples and small bites.
