Self Care Sessions: Yoga and Art

« All Events Self Care SESSIONS: Yoga and Art August 25 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm $30.00 « 2019 Minnesota Mountain Challenge Cirque Italia » Join Sara Brodeur, MS, LPCC, RYT200, and Katie Kinzer, MA, ATR-BC, LPCC for an afternoon of self compassion and creative expression. In this workshop, you will connect with your intuitive creative spirit in a classic studio setting through inspirational yoga practices, sensory awareness, mindfulness experiences and intuitive soul artwork that will be introspective, restorative, and grounding. Light refreshments and hot tea will be offered. Yoga mats are available for use. Students of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, are welcomed and empowered to explore and discover self-compassion in a mindful way and in a safe, non-competitive environment.
