Some of my most popular menu items over the years have been seafood,
and there are so many wonderful options available! However, they can
be some of the most intimidating things to prepare, and the really
good stuff can come with a higher price tag. Chef Jeremy is an expert
at preparing seafood of all types, and he’ll share all of his best
tips with you in this class! Using a selection of favorites from our
superb seafood counter, he’ll show you foolproof ways to prepare
delicious seafood-focused dishes that you can also learn to enjoy
preparing in the comfort of your own home. Together we will learn how
skin and bone a side of salmon, make the classic stock for cooking
seafood, court bouillon, prepare the perfect pan seared scallops and
everything in between! Come join us for this seafood smorgasbord
featuring the world’s finest fish and shellfish. This class is
pescatarian (no animal proteins except fish) with gluten free options
available upon request (please specify when registering via
Eventbrite). Due to the seasonality of fresh seafood, and the array of
new options that become available at our Seafood counter, this menu is
subject to change due to availability. Pre-registration is required.
