Learn to make a subtly sweet Japanese style baked egg, low carb fried “cauliflower rice” scramble, a healthier take on a French style custard sauce and more. Chef Rachel will discuss the difference between terms like cage-free, free-range, and pasteurized eggs and other egg related topics. This class is vegetarian and gluten free and has hands-on opportunities as desired. .
