WAGE THEFT LAW: WHAT CONTRACTORS NEED TO KNOW Don’t miss Dave Skovholt with the MN Department of Labor on February 19 as he addresses what Minnesota contractors need to know about the new MN Wage Theft Law. Dave’s outreach is focused on Minnesota’s Labor Standards laws. He travels throughout the state, meeting with business groups and community organizations. Before working at DLI, Dave was a union business agent, overseeing and negotiating collective bargaining agreements in Minnesota and throughout the Midwest.
