Join us for our 3rd annual NEIGHBOR DAY! On this day, we celebrate the
legacy of Fred Rogers by inviting our city-wide NEIGHBORS TO COME OUT
AND SPEND TIME TOGETHER. We'll enjoy hands-on activities for all ages,
youth performances, a community meal, and more. This FREE event is
hosted by the Saint Paul Public Schools' Community Education
department. Our daily programs include Adult Basic Education, Adult
