Lacrosse Fundamentals:Intermediate/Advanced - Inver Grove Heights, MN 2025

Description

Open to both girls and boys! Great opportunity to learn the sport of lacrosse and develop skills in a positive environment. Instruction will be led by Simley High School coaches. Players will be divided by ability. Offered in cooperation with Isotopes Lacrosse Club.

Intermediate: for those looking to increase their working knowledge of the game and improve upon those basics. Emphasis on developing skills through games, drills and skill sessions.

Advanced: for those with a working knowledge of the game and mastery of the basic skill levels. Emphasis will be on increasing lacrosse IQ, moving past basic skills and working on positional skills.
