Come check out OrangeTheory Fitness for this incredibly special class
for those new to our studio only! That means that every single person
in the class will be brand new, just like you!
This workout is 100% for everyone! We are heart rate based group
fitness, so your workout is unique to your own heart rate and the
group environment will provide a high energy fun experience!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
1. Arrival time 6:00pm - Get checked in, get familiarized with the
studio, an introduction to the workout, meet the coaches and staff,
and tell us about yourself!
2. The Workout - This special class for new persons only, will be 45
minutes long - which is a bit different as our traditional classes are
normally 60 minutes long.
3. What to Expect in the Workout - You can expect to wear a heart rate
monitor throughout the entire class and be able to see what zone you
are in (we will explain this in more detail at the studio), half of
your workout will be spent doing cardio in which the coach will guide
you through the entire time, half of your workout will be spent on the
weight room floor doing strength training and part of this time will
be spent using our water rower machines.
4. The Coaches - During this special class there will be two coaches
in the studio to guide you through your first workout. Our coaches are
certified personal trainers and will provide plenty of options for any
and all needs.
5. After the Workout - We will explain your results (which will also
be emailed to you) which includes your calorie burn, the OrangeTheory
science behind what we do, and much more!

The Science
THE POST-WORKOUT AFTERBURN
Orangetheory is based on the science of EPOC, excess post-exercise
oxygen consumption. If you challenge your body at the right intensity,
your body will work harder to recover oxygen lost during exercise.
This revs your metabolism and makes you burn calories long after your
workout is over.
WHAT IS THE ORANGE ZONE?
The Orangetheory workout is comprised of five heart rate zones based
on your individual heart rate. Our workouts are strategically designed
so you spend at least 12 minutes or more in the Orange Zone to get
your heart rate between 84 to 91% of your unique heart rate maximum.
When your heart rate is elevated, you’ll start to see and feel real
changes in your body. These aren't ordinary workouts you typically
find at a local gym.
HOW ORANGETHEORY MAKES YOU HEALTHIER
