Practice of Meditation and Pose Our goal is to create a meditative
space to spread the benefits of yoga to people within our own
communities: people who may battle depression, anxiety, alcoholism,
drug addiction, trauma/PTSD, etc.; those who may feel they do not fit
into the typical yoga classes; the people who, in all rights, may need
help with facing daily challenges and would like to learn and develop
new skills.
