Homemade marmalades are far superior in taste and texture to store-bought ones. In one simple lesson, you’ll learn to make beautiful marmalades for giving as gifts or savoring at home. You’ll leave class with two ¼-pint jars of marmalade. Jars and an extensive handout provided.
