Join US as we experience practicing nutritional wellness by learning
and BAKING WITH PALEO, low-carb DESSERTS USING NATURAL INGREDIENTS.
During this workshop, you will get the opportunity to practice cooking
with low-carb NATURAL INGREDIENTS FOR CREATING TASTY HEALTHY DESSERTS
WITH BIG RIVER BAKE HOUSE (WWW.BIGRIVERBAKEHOUSE.COM). Big River
Bakehouse creates handcrafted gluten-free treats baked on the banks of
the Mississippi River.
"I've always had a passion for baking from-scratch food out of
wholesome ingredients. Growing up in Memphis along the Mississippi
River, the need to cook ran in my veins as pure as muddy water. Big
River Bakehouse began with a few granola varieties and grew into an
assortment of my favorite gluten-free desserts. Creating delicious
treats with natural, raw ingredients was truly love at first bite.
Each batch is handmade with care from the first measurement to the
final stir. I hope you enjoy every morsel as much as I love making
them! "
