SPEAKER'S BIO:  WALTER TIMM, ATTORNEY  Walter Timm retired from a long career as general counsel at several local corporations managing legal issues and legal departments.  His work encompassed transactions, employment law, contracts, real estate and corporate governance matters. He also has experience with an IPO spin off of a company, Chapter 11 bankruptcy and sale of a company.
