experienced attorney, Walter Timm, will introduce and discuss key
elements of legal matters facing any new, small, and/or growing
businesses.
Topics will include:

You will learn the basics of what each topic means and will know
enough to spot potential issues and to take appropriate action when
faced with it.
SPEAKER'S BIO:
WALTER TIMM, ATTORNEY
Walter Timm retired from a long career as general counsel at several
local corporations managing legal issues and legal departments. His
work encompassed transactions, employment law, contracts, real estate
and corporate governance matters. He also has experience with an IPO
spin off of a company, Chapter 11 bankruptcy and sale of a company. He
completed his BS at UMSL, an MBA at Western Illlinois University and a
JD at Northern Illinois University College of Law. He currently
volunteers with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and Stray Rescue of
Saint Louis.
