BRIGADIER GENERAL C. DAVID TURNER PARK RENAMING CEREMONY   Come join us as we celebrate Brigadier General C. David Turner (Retired), President, American Water, Military Services Group, Renaming Ceremony of the Greenwood Park. The park is located between Lithia and Eldridge Avenues, and between Rock Hill Road and Plateau  Ave. in Rock Hill, MO 63119. Admission is free and open to the public!   Parking is located at Rock Hill City Hall, 320 W Thornton Ave, St. Louis, MO 63119 In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved to Rock Hill City Hall BRIGADIER GENERAL C.
