SJSD Early Childhood Screening - August 17, 2017 (10am-6pm) SOLD OUT

PRESCHOOL SCREENING - DID YOU KNOW? FALL 2017 PRESCHOOL BEGINS AUGUST 23, 2017_ _ All children must have completed the Dial 4 SCREENING BEFORE ATTTENDING SJSD PRESCHOOL. CHILDREN MUST ALSO BE 4 YEARS OF AGE BEFORE AUGUST 1ST TO QUALIFY FOR TITLE 1 PRESCHOOL. In order to qualify for EARLY CHILD SPECIAL EDUCATION (ECSE), children must be at least three (3) years of age and be identified with a delay.  *  please bring your child and a copy of their most recent immunization record.  *  please be prepared to complete paperwork.  *  the screening, scoring and exiting process will take approximately 1 1/2 hours.  *  seating space is limited in the Keatley Center. groups of no more than 3 are appreciated.  NOTICE:  ALL children must have a consent to screen signed by a parent/guardian.
