To participate in the VIP experience everyone in your party must purchase the VIP ticket, otherwise they will not be seated with your group. There are meters around the building that are free after 7 P.M.  Otherwise there are two pay parking lots across the street.  The cost is usually around $10, but can vary depending on what events are happening downtown.   HOW CAN I CONTACT THE ORGANIZER WITH ANY QUESTIONS? Show tickets are non-refundable.  However if you are unable to attend they can be exchanged for another show date as long as you call or email and cancel at least 3 hours before the show.  DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT? No   IS MY REGISTRATION FEE OR TICKET TRANSFERRABLE? Yes   IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN'T MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS? Yes, as long as you have the original name of the ticket purchaser.
