Weekly Wednesday Night 5K Running and Walking Group in the Grove

Join us each and every Wednesday night at 6:30PM at our store in the Grove for a 3-mile run. All paces are welcome, runners and walkers! Everyone is welcome at our group runs, they are always free to the public. We are a dog-friendly group as well.
We recommend arriving at 6:15PM to get make sure you have time to leave your belongings inside the store. We always have a great group of runners to talk about about training, races and running/walking in general. Refreshments will be provided at the end.
