PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATES, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to BUSINESS PERFORMANCE, will host a LEADERSHIP THROUGH PEOPLE SKILLS (LTPS) WORKSHOP FOR BOTH NEW AND ESTABLISHED LEADERS. PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATE’s proprietary WORKSHOP TAKES AN EXPERIENTIAL APPROACH WHEN HELPING PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP REAL-world LEADERSHIP SKILLS FOR IMMEDIATE IMPACT. LTPS mixes discussion and role playing to show participants how behavioral styles can hinder or lead to success. The program focuses on the company’s exclusive Q4 Dimensional Model of Behavior – an easy-to-follow structure that categorizes behavior into logical groupings – which is known in the industry for inspiring high-performance behavior and attaining comprehensive results. The WORKSHOP IS SELF-customized and immediately applicable to each participant’s unique situation. Attendees will acquire tools for improved LEADERSHIP, communication, and the ability to resolve conflicts; gain insight into their own behaviors and needs, and; practice giving and receiving immediate and insightful feedback in order to increase their self-awareness and productivity once they return to the workplace.
