MUST READ! If you sign up for the wrong school and there are no open spots we will have to refund and cancel the lessons. Swim School is for beginners learning the basics and Stroke is for kids that can swim full laps. They will be placed into their color group on the first day of lessons. Swim School is a progressive program for children ages 3 and up that builds water confidence, safety, and swimming skills. Swimmers develop comfort and safe entry skills, then learn proper body position, breathing, floating, streamlines, and rolling. As they advance, they practice forward movement, direction changes, water safety, treading water, and coordinated arm and kick movements, finishing with integrated skills such as survival floats, energy-saving back swimming, and advanced stroke technique.
