Learn how to overcome adversities and balance the demands of work and your personal life so that you thrive. Create a rich and meaningful life. This course will help you identify what really matters to you and provide you with strategies for how to handle the thoughts and feelings that can get in the way of taking action. Using a combination of mindfulness techniques, values clarification, and action planning you will learn a process and skills to navigate the sometimes stormy seas of life. This training will help you: -Clarify and more effectively pursue personally valued life goals -Build your personal resilience -Reduce workplace stress and increase productivity -Reduce the impact of unhelpful thoughts and feelings - such as worry, low-mood, self-doubt, and irritation -Manage challenging situations -Restore and re-energize DATES: 4 meetings - Jan 17th, 24th, 31st, & Feb 7th TIME: 4:30 P.M. - 6:30 P.M.  COST: $150 for four weeks  LOCATION: Swift Center - 315 S. 4th St. E.
