Eco-Night by Houseboat

Just beyond the reach of LAS VEGAS, the real stars come out!Join The Zoological Lighting Institute for an unforgetable night of ecology and photography, as we teach our guests how to photograph and apprecite the beauty of nature at night. Ten lucky guests will arrive dockside in the early evening, whisked away by power boat to a beautiful 70' Titanium Houseboat in a secluded location. There in pampered safety and luxury, guests enjoy elegant lite fare whilst learning about local desert ecology from ZLI PhotoSciences Chair Dr. Brett Seymoure. ZLI Executive Director Dr. James Karl Fischer will also teach interested guests how to photograph the night sky while appreciating its inherent importance and beauty through the lens.  Whether or not you wish to photograph or simply enjoy the unpolluted night sky, guests can take in spectacular 360 degree views while relaxing at the wet bar or, if they choose, in the unique whirlpool spa. At the end of the evening, guests will be escorted back to the docks with new knowledge and warm memories as they celebrate this unforgettable experience.
