Keynote Speakers Robert Allen Robert is a visionary that loves to work
with others; helping them develop tough questions in order to be
successful in life and in business. He is a leadership professional
earning a B.S. in Education & Human Services, with a minor in business
(University of Detroit Mercy), a M.E. in Counseling (Wayne State
University), Masters in Divinity (Urshan Graduate School of Theology),
and a M.C in Health Care Mission Leadership with a focus in Healthcare
Management and Ethics (Loyola Chicago). Robert has worked in
leadership roles in both the public and private sector for more than
17 years. Robert brings a unique approach to leadership through the
use of his education and experience. He enjoys the intricacies of
problem solving, strategic planning, employee engagement, and change
management. Robert is very charismatic and he has held leadership
positions in retail, healthcare, early childhood education, k-12
education, religious & faith-based institutions, churches, military
and law enforcement. Robert has not only worked in leadership roles in
these various sectors, but has also consulted and led leadership
teams of for-profit and nonprofit businesses in these various sectors
to include education, retail, healthcare, religious & faith based
institutions, churches, security, construction, housing and community
development, planning, and law enforcement. Dayna Moody Dayna is an
author, HR professional and executive life coach dedicated to helping
people reach their goals with motivation, positivity and confidence.
She is founder of GPS Movement and has served as an executive coach to
hundreds of leaders across the United States. For over 20 years, Dayna
has helped people create positive life long habits which support their
goals; becoming strong empathetic leaders people want to work for.
Dayna's expertise has helped workers and leaders navigate setbacks and
learn to use them as learning opportunities. Apart of her process is
to encourage the removal of time killers which lead to lack luster
results, which negativity impact individuals and teams. Dayna has a
unique ability to motivate others to strive for excellence and has
been an intricate part of corporate programs including development of
training content, the implementation of HR resource sites, policy and
procedure creation, and job description development. Dayna holds a
Bachelors in Business Management, earned a Masters in Science in HR
management, holds a PHR, is SHRM-CP certified, a certified trainer
with the Ken Blanchard Company, and holds a Yellow Belt on Lean Six
Sigma. Dayna is currently completing a doctorate degree in
organizational leadership. Clarence Moody Clarence brings a unique set
of qualifications to the consultant role. As a former Staff Sergeant
in the US Air Force, he brings a distinctive blend of discipline and
strategy to the HR profession. Clarence's approach is listen to what
is important to leadership; assessing and aligning strategy,
operations and people. He has over 17 years of experience in the field
of HR, having been the partner to leaders in the restaurant, retail
and non-profit sectors. Additionally, he has lead strategy for
multi-unit HR teams across the country for several fortune 500
companies. As an Educator, he creates a dynamic classroom environment
through social and problem based learning. Clarence also has the
educational background to support the team, having earned his BS in
Human Resources Management from Franklin University, his MS in
Management from Ohio Dominican University, and his PHR from HRCI, and
A ME in Instruction/Curriculum. He is also certified to train leaders
in Situational Leadership through Ken Blanchard Companies. Rashieda
Shabazz Rashieda Shabazz is a Human Resources/Services Professional
with over 20 years of experience. Her experience includes Human
Resources Management, Organizational and Leadership Development,
Employee Engagement, Executive Coaching, Communications, Project
Management, and Strategic Planning. Her desire is to provide
solutions which are effective, efficient, and relevant. With a
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services Management and a Master’s
Degree in Counseling; she not only has a passion to foster
relationships organizationally, but individually as well. She is a
believer that every person counts and every meaningful contribution is
indispensable. Ms. Shabazz enjoys consulting, with hopes that each
client-partner will be better off because of New Dimensions
Consulting. Ms. Shabazz has held leadership positions in both the
profit and nonprofit sector, to include the gaming, education, and the
hospitality industry. She enjoys offering guidance and mentorship to
