Mary Felker is a Las Vegas artist who's inspired by biking, climbing,
hiking and other outdoor recreation. Mary grew up in a small Missouri
town, where she began her study of art as a little kid. After moving
to the Vegas Valley, she fell in love with the mountains through
frequent visits to nearby Mount Charleston and Red Rock Canyon. She
works primarily in mixed media and screen printing, creating paintings
and t-shirt designs that are inspired by her adventures.
Mary is excited to work with Gaia Flowers to donate proceeds from her
Preview Thursday and First Friday art shows to the Southern
Nevada Climbers Coalition. SNCC promotes responsible stewardship of
our local wild places by cultivating greater awareness and
participation.
