Lee Ann Maynard encourages us to perfect the Art of Relaxation, using
Yin Yoga to release and refresh your body and mind after the stresses
of a busy week. Yin Yoga is the practice of holding poses for longer
periods of time to help release the connective tissue and relax the
muscles for an increased sense of flexibility and openness. All levels
welcome - no yoga experience necessary.
Last Wednesdays of the month will feature Restorative Yoga and Poetry
Reading for a truly unique and relaxing experience.
