Plant medicine excels at strengthening the body’s innate ability to
heal itself, and supports the body through all the little road bumps
in health. This approach can fortify the body and help prepare it for
a time of serious sickness.In this workshop, we will talk about and
craft all-natural remedies to soothe common cold and flu maladies
including sore throat spray, achy body soak, and an aromatherapy
steam. Each attendee will leave with at least 3 remedies as well as a
tip sheet and recipes to make at home.
