Ages: 6 - 13 years

Purpose:
- Introduce new swimming and water safety skills.- Improve swim stroke proficiency and swimming for longer distance.

Prerequisites:
- Jump into deep water from the side, tread or float for 1 minute, rotate one full turn, swim front crawl and/or elementary backstroke for 25 yards, then exit the water.- Push off in a streamlined position them swim front crawl for 15 yards, change position and direction as necessary, swim elementary backstroke for 15 yards, then exit the water.

Pool temperature is 86 degrees.
