IN PERSON Classroom Instruction! - 90 Hours Real Estate PRINCIPLES,
PRACTICES, Law and Nevada Real Estate Law; 30 Hours of Agency &
Contracts - This is the Nevada State prescribed Pre-Licensing course
that prepares prospective Real Estate salespersons and Brokers for the
two-part Pearson Vue exam. Once you have completed registration you
will need to email all the required documents to RESchool@bhhsnv.com.
Documents to be emailed are: All receipts and/or coupons, 5 page
enrollment agreement completely filled out and signed (located on this
site.) Once ALL documents are received via email you will be notified
