TABLE RESERVATIONS At EBC at Night, guests can enjoy 55,000 square feet of tropical oasis, including three tiered pools, 40-foot palm trees, 36 private bungalows and cabanas, plush daybeds, and top-of-the-line audio system. Occupancy and seating are limited. Reservations are highly recommended. All guests must be 21 years of age or older. DJ and event subject to change without notice. Additional terms apply. Swim/Surf Shirts. Swim Trunks. Religious swimwear allowed as well. (ex. Burqinis) Water shoes are allowed. Sandals/Flip Flops. No undergarments allowed for sunbathing/swimming. No see-through, risqué, or indecent clothing or swimwear. European sunbathing is not permitted. No offensive prints. No jeans, pants, chains, or robes. No clothing that contains rivets, hooks, studs, etc. No work boots. Business Casual Dress is also allowed. Guest may not swim/sunbathe fully clothed. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts. In addition to our proper attire requirements, the company reserves the right to eject and/or trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the company’s behavior standards, which can be found on our website. Any prohibited items discovered will be confiscated and disposed of by management (without compensation) even if guest is denied access or removed from venue. MARIJUANA PRODUCTS ARE PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE RESORT NOTICE OF FILMING This Venue is being used to photograph and video and audio record footage in connection with promotional and publicity campaigns including. but not limited to for use on social media. By your presence in this venue, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and/or video and/or audio recorded and grant permission for your likeness, image and/or voice to be included therein without compensation, credit, or other consideration.
