Description This class will focus on your core muscles; abs, lower
back and glut areas. No cardio or jumping involved.It will incorporate
yoga, pilates and old fashion mat work with the occasional use of
props such as weights, bands and balls. Come join the fun while
strengthening your core and improving your balance.
