Rock N Race 5k Run/Walk

The 23rd Annual Rock'N Race will be on Wednesday May 7, 2025 at the STATE HOUSE in downtown CONCORD NH. We will be walking, running, and raising funds for cancer patients and their families receiving support services at CONCORD Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care HOPE Resource Center.EVENT SCHEDULE: 5:50 pm pre-race program 6:00 pm Race Start Run and/or walk a 5K route or walk a shorter one mile loop. The event features live music, food, and T-shirts. Please note that registered runners are timed and registered walkers are untimed. The first 2,700 participants to register will receive free Rock'N Race T-Shirts! No pets are allowed to participate in the race for safety precautions. Individuals pushing strollers must line up with the walkers on Capitol Street. If running with a stroller, please line up at the back of the runners on N. State Street.
