EGGPLANT, then this is the class for you! Together we will explore new
ideas to help navigate those aubergine waters. We will make the most
of the other summer produce and local ingredients also in abundance.
There will be both meat and vegetarian options served.

FAQs Is this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a demo class.
There are sometimes opportunies to hep out for those that wish. Or if
your prefer, sit back, enjoy the demo and eat. Don't forget to ask
questions. Should I eat a snack before class? There is plenty of food
served in each class, but depending on what type of class it is will
determine when we eat. If you are hungry and it will be a while before
we eat, you are always welcome to bring a small snack. Water and soda
water are provided at each class. Classes offering alcohol are
identified as such. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter
the event? Children ages 13 and over are considered participants of
the class and are charged at full price. Children 12 and under can
join a class with a parent already registered for a class for a
reduced cost (50% discount). To register a child please contact the
service desk or write to classes@coopfoodstore.com for assistance.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the
event? The Co-op Learning Center is located at the Centerra Park
location in LEBANON, NH. The physical address is 12 Centerra Parkway,
LEBANON NH 03766. There is plenty of parking in our parking
lot. The closest bus line is the blue line and drops off at the
Hospital. Once you enter the Co-op store, the Learning Center is
located behind the prepared foods section- next to the café overflow
seating area and restrooms. What can I bring into the event? The
temperature in the CLC can fluxuate, you might want to bring a light
sweater or jacket. You are welcome to bring a phone or camera. No
pets allowed. Is my registration/ticket refundable or transferrable?
Yes. You will receive a full refund when the Co-op has to cancel a
class, or if you cancel your registration with the Service Desk staff
at least two full days in advance. But please let US know if you can't
make it to class- we do issue partial refunds if we receive notice.
