Adult Intermediate Swim Class (ages 16+) 30 minutes This class is for any adult who is comfortable in the water and who knows how to swim but would like coaching on proper technique. Help with breathing while swimming is also covered. Swimming on the front and on the back while building endurance will be taught. This class will utilize the shallow end of the pool as well as the deep end depending on participant comfort level.
