2020 Annual Report to the Community

The Coalition for a Safe Community (CSC) was established a decade ago by a group of concerned citizens, community leaders, law enforcement agencies and other local organizations, all coming together to explore what could be done to improve the safety within our communities here in Atlantic County.  Starting in Atlantic City and Pleasantville, the efforts of CSC now extend county-wide with the inclusion of Egg Harbor City and Galloway., and have branched out beyond the county with efforts underway in neighboring Cape May and Salem Counties.The   Momentum for our sustained success continues to grow as communities realize they have the power, enhanced by the support of CSC, to improve the safety and well-being of their residents. Because the Coalition is data-driven, annually we celebrate and showcase our successes over the past year with a public Report to the Community event in January.  As in recent years, and thanks to the generosity of our event host, we’re holding this year’s event on Tuesday, January 21st, 2019 from 5-8pm in the North Ballroom (Salon 2-4) at Tropicana Casino Resort in Atlantic City.  The Keynote Speaker for the evening will be NJ Attorney General, Gurbir Grewal.  The event is free to the public, and it would be our honor if you were able to join us.
