This class is part of our continued pledge to our guests to promote RESPONSIBLE GAMING.  This class will introduce the process to Caesars Ent. uses to identify and care for a problem gambler.  It will also discuss the AMBASSADORS ROLE IN HANDLING THE GUEST.TO ATTEND THIS CLASS: - YOU MUST BE AN ACTIVE EMPLOYEE OF CAESARS ENT. - YOU MUST BE IDENTIFIED AS AN POTENTIAL RGA BY YOUR LEADER
