Stress and Visualization Meditation Workshop

Join us at Under The Sun Astrology located on 96th Street in Stone Harbor for the Stress and Visualization Meditation Workshop. This workshop is a guided workshop that is designed to tackle stress and anxiety in your life. Edith will guide you through a stress management meditation practice, and she will also lead you in a meditation that will help you visualize your goals, set intentions, and put the wheels in motion for your life's journey. Each participant will receive a meditation packet filled with items that will help them to continue their meditation practice from the comfort of their own home.
