Gracie Barra is pleased to announce the launch of it's new
"FUNDAMENTALS OF WRESTLING" CLASS. This CLASS WILL BE HELD EVERY
FRIDAY FROM 5PM TO 6:15pm. The CLASS IS OPEN FOR ALL AGES The
CLASS WILL COVER THE FOLLOWING AREAS OF WRESTLING AND TAKEDOWNS:
Stance/motion Handfighting/pummeling Leg Attacks/shot finishes
Scrambling CLASSES WILL BE TAUGHT BY COACH JOHN GIUSTI, current
Lawrence Middle School WRESTLING COACH AND 18-year veteran of the
