class to sign the waivers for minors.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE TUESDAY NIGHT'S CLASSROOM SESSION?

ID Driver License and your Basic eCourse Completion Certificate.
During the first night of the BRC1 class, we'll tell you what you need
to bring for the practice riding sessions.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/CANCELLATION/SWITCHING CLASSES POLICY?
Here's our Refund/Cancellation/Switching Classes policy which is
posted on our website;
_Refunds_
We are the only motorcycle school in NJ that offers refunds for the
following;
* If you decide after the first day of the BRC1 practice riding
exercises that riding a motorcycle is not for you, we will refund you
$100. We do not want you to lose all your money if riding a motorcycle
is not for you.
* If you are counseled out of the BRC1* on the first day of the
practice riding exercises, we will refund you $200.
* If you are dismissed from a class for being late or for not having
all the proper riding gear as outlined on each course webpage, there
is no refund and you will have to pay the full course price to attend
another class. No exceptions.
* If you drop out of a class that is already in session or do not
show up for a class or a segment of the class for whatever reason,
there is no refund and you will have to pay the full course price to
attend another class. No exceptions.
* If we have to cancel a class or a segment of the class, we will
either refund all your money, put you in another class for free or
offer a make-up class segment for free.
_Cancellations_
* If you decide to cancel your class reservation at least 10
business days before the start of your scheduled class, we will refund
all your money.
* If you decide to cancel your class reservation less than 10
business days and more than 3 business days before the start of your
scheduled class, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your
refund. No exceptions.
* If you decide to cancel your class reservation 3 business days or
less than 3 business days before the start of your scheduled class,
there is no refund. No exceptions.
* We reserve the right to cancel a class at any time due to adverse
weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances or last minute events
scheduled by MSU. Classes are conducted in the rain unless the rain is
very heavy or there is lightning and/or thunder. If rain is in the
forecast for the class you signed-up for, bring rain gear.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to
RidingAcademy1@aol.com.
_Switching/Rescheduling Classes_
* If you want to switch/reschedule your class reservation to another
class at least 10 business days before the start of your scheduled
class, there is no transfer fee. However, you must notify us by email
at least 10 business days before the start of your scheduled class.
* If you want to switch/reschedule your class reservation to another
class less than 10 business days and more than 3 business days before
the start of your scheduled class, there is a $50 transfer fee. No
exceptions. You must notify us by email more than 3 business days
before the start of your scheduled class.
* No switching/rescheduling is allowed 3 business days or less than
3 business days before the start of your scheduled class. If you are
not able to attend your scheduled class, you will forfeit all your
money. No exceptions.
All switching/rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email
to RidingAcademy1@aol.com.
Strict Policy
Our Refund/Cancellation/Switching Classes policies are very strict
because we do not want to lose money on a class. Since we offer more
benefits and features than all the other motorcycle schools in NJ, we
run on a very small profit margin and cannot afford to lose money. If
you miss a class, can't make a class or arrive too late to attend a
class, we can't just put you in another class. If we do, we lose the
ability to sell that seat and we lose $319 on that class (BRC1). Same
concept applies with last minute refund requests - we lose the ability
to sell that seat to someone else and we lose $319 (BRC1).
*COUNSELED OUT OF THE BRC1
We reserve the right to counsel out (remove) a student from a class if
they are struggling, not able to keep up with the pace of the class,
didn't meet the objective of a riding exercise within the time frame
allotted for the exercise or are a safety hazard to themselves or
others in the class.
