Assess for Success: 3-part series

You are registering for a 3-session SERIES, which takes place on: November 20th, December 4th, and January 22nd.  -------------------- ASSESS FOR SUCCESS: Leveraging Danielson 3d to advance learning ASSESSMENT IS PART OF — not the end of — instruction. Effectively using ASSESSMENTS MEANS BOTH TEACHERS AND STUDENTS USE ASSESSMENT RESULTS TO INFORM THEIR OWN TEACHING AND LEARNING, respectively. Tests, projects, papers, experiments, and problems — whether solved correctly or incorrectly — provide valuable information about next steps in the teaching and learning process. Using ASSESSMENTS CAN FEEL LIKE A BARRIER TO EFFECTIVE INSTRUCTION, getting in the way of precious classroom time. In this three-part SERIES, we'll embark on an in-depth exploration of Danielson component 3d, and support teachers in understanding ASSESSMENTS AS TOOLS THAT CAN FOCUS THEIR INSTRUCTION TO ADVANCE LEARNING.
