Take your yoga practice to new heights by trying out AERIAL YOGA!
AERIAL YOGA INCREASES FLEXIBILITY, decompresses the spine, facilitates
lymphatic detox, and rejuvenates the spirit. In this beginner
friendly, 3-week series, we will lead you through the basic postures
of AERIAL YOGA, get your comfortable in the hammock and ease any
nerves about the practice.
AERIAL YOGA IS ALSO GREAT FOR THOSE RECOVERING FROM INJURIES AND
CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITIONS. The hammock takes much of your weight,
allowing you to more easily reach and obtain the health benefits from
more advanced yoga postures including inversions.
We will meet Tuesday evenings from 7:30 - 8:30pm on January 8, 15 and
22.
A yoga mat, bottle of water and hand towel could be useful throughout
class. Manduka Yoga Mats are available for purchase in our retail
shop; attendees of this series receive 10% off yoga mats if purchased
by the first day of the series (January 8).
Pre-registration is required for this series. No drop-in’s allowed.
