Suitable for all ages, this two-man performance merges DICKENS’ brilliant original text with both traditional and unexpected CHRISTMAS MUSIC, as well as sound effects. Actor, Jeffries Thaiss, performs all of the roles – Scrooge, Tiny Tim, the Ghost of Marley, and all your other favorite characters – just as DICKENS, himself, performed it in 1853! Broadway veteran, MUSICAN/actor Eric Scott Anthony accompanies all the action with traditional CHRISTMAS CAROLS ALONG WITH VICTORIAN ERA SOUND EFFECTS. The elegant stage is the festively decorated Main Hall of the MORRIS-JUMEL MANSION! The talented, and versatile performers will turn back time, sweeping you into the 19th holiday season, in the intimate setting of Manhattan’s oldest residence.
