Phillip Colasanto, Esq.'s article discusses the impact of tax treaties on U.S. taxation and preparing Form 8833, Treaty-Based Return Position Disclosures under Section 6114 or 7701(b). Phil will be speaking on this topic at Bergen Community College on February 12, 2019.
