PLEASE ARRIVE TO THE SPACE BY 5:15P SO WE CAN START ON TIME. We are
all told breathing is automatic. Unfortunately, when we are stressed,
anxious, depressed or heartbroken our breathing takes a hit. When this
happens, our reactivity throws us out of harmony. Like a guitar string
plucked out of tune.
In the session everyone lays down on a yoga mat. Some music is played.
We breathe together in a guided pattern. That’s it. That’s all
that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a whole
other story! Natural coherence in the mind and body are restored. The
inward journey can be physical, emotional, mental and spiritual
depending on the person. At the end Rahul will guide the group back
home to reintegrate with the body. Once grounded, everyone circles up
to share our adventures, insights and clarity.
Rahul Panchal is a Master Breathwork Facilitator and Founder of
Clarity Breath, initiated at Babaji's ashram in the Himalayas, trained
in Qi Gong at a healing center in Thailand. He then went through deep
spiritual initiation living with the Huni Kuin tribe in the Amazon
Rainforest. He lives in service to humbly share his gifts with you.
