The preparation of the MILLE-FEUILLE, which is a delicious puff
pastry, includes folding technique, making light custard cream, and
baking. You'll get a chance to learn the theory of MILLE-FEUILLE AS
YOU MAKE YOUR OWN TO TAKE HOME! We'll also teach you how to make
MADELEINES WHICH ARE A PERFECT ACCOMPANIMENT TO YOUR TEA OR COFFEE.

Refund/Reschedule Policy
We offer a 100% refund, minus a $25 service fee, for refund requests
made no later than 5 days before the start of classes/events. No
refunds/reschedule will be issued otherwise, unless the class/tasting
has been canceled by Atelier Sucré, wherein 100% of the class and fee
will be refunded.
